Technical help

To attend TAHALOF webinars you will need to use Jitsi Meet.

Participant Guide Getting Started: 

You will need a computer or device with a webcam and microphone to participate in a Webinar session. 

   IF YOU'RE USING A LAPTOP

To participate to a webinar using Jitsi Meet, all you’ll need to do is click on the link for the webinar that was send to you via an email invitation. Note that you will receive a first email within 24hours after your registration. You will also receive another email 5 minutes before the webinar starts with the link invitation.

   IF YOU'RE USING A CELL PHONE

You need to Download Jitsi Meet application (for free) prior to the meeting. Once you have downloaded the application, you can now join the meeting. You may have to click on the link again in the email to connect to the meeting. The password is also provide in the email.

Participation Guidelines 

1) Please write your comments or questions to the speakers –at any time- in the public chat space. For technical and quality purposes, only the speakers will be able to use their microphone. You may raise you hand, then the host will enable you to speak via your microphone.

To raise your hand: At the bottom of the window on the left side of the screen, click the button labeled "Raise Hand."

2) In the case that all participants’ questions cannot be answered during the webinar, the speakers and moderators will make sure to answer all remaining questions by email. 

3) Please note that this webinar can be recorded. A link to the recorded webinar will be provided by email. Feel free to share it with your friends and networks.
